The fifth project meeting in Arad (Romania) was the possibility for both students and teachers to learn about the culture, history and economy of this country, but also show the leaflets and presentations about the procedures of setting up companies in each country. Students could also listen to comments of the representative of local chamber of commerce. We had a chance to see how the rail carriages are made in the Astra Vagon company. We visited Sibiu which was the Cultural Capital of Europe in 2007, Bran- Brasov and Timisoara and learned a lot about the history of Transylvanian region.

Here we are, all of us, people from Tabor Meeting, 4th - 10th October 2009. And what did we do? On Monday, Wednesday and Friday we worked in 10 international groups, you can see our outputs on this blog (photostories, Tabor presentations or personal profiles). Tuesday was devoted to Prague and Thursday to Budweiser Brewery and Cesky Krumlov. We also tried how it feels to create TV commercials.
After you´ve seen the photostories from Prague,
you can have a look at PRESENTATIONS ABOUT TABOR,
again created by our 10 international groups.
We competed as well, the task was THE MOST ORIGINAL PHOTO OF TABOR
Who are the people from our groups? See their PERSONAL PROFILES here.
June task was about marketing. We analysed ways of marketing in our countries on these products: mobile phones, iPODs, shampoo, package tours to London and insurance companies. It was interesting to compare marketing in our countries and look for similarities.
